Repairs and replacements
Running toilets, dripping faucets, failing shut-off valves, garbage disposals, tub and shower valves, outdoor hose bibs. Small jobs, done properly, with the old parts shown to you and the area left clean.
Remodel rough-in
If you are moving a bathroom or kitchen around, the plumbing decides what is actually possible. Drain lines need fall, vents have to be right, and finding out mid-project that a fixture cannot go where the drawing put it is expensive. We would rather walk it with you before the tile goes down.
- Walk the plan first. Where fixtures can realistically go, what moving a drain involves, and what the existing pipe will and will not support.
- Rough-in to code, inspected. Done so it passes, and so it is right behind the wall where nobody will look again for thirty years.
- Set the finishes. Back at the end to set fixtures and trim once the surfaces are in.
Everything behind the wall gets covered up. That is exactly why it is worth doing properly the first time.
